The Shocking Truth About What Dating Looks Like Today

The Shocking Truth About What Dating Looks Like Today

Dating these days looks a lot like legal prostitution. You offer your time, company, and sometimes even your body in exchange for something you want. Whether it's love, attention, or material items, we've become a society that's not ashamed to admit that we use each other.
Women aren't just a body any more and men aren't just a wallet. We're complex human beings with feelings and desires. But it seems like society is still stuck in the mindset that women are only good for one thing.
It's time to change the way we think about dating and relationships. They should be based on mutual respect and admiration, not on what someone can get from the other.

The Commodification of Women's Bodies

We're all reduced to our most basic functions, and we're openly commodified for the pleasure of others. It's depressing, I know. But it's time to face the truth.
You may not have realized this, but when you treat women as objects, as something to be bought and sold, you're participating in commodifying women's bodies. And let's be honest, that's exactly what dating looks like today.
It's not just about finding someone to hook up with—it's about finding someone who can fulfill your needs, whether someone to take care of you or show off to your friends. And too often, we forget that women are people with their own thoughts and feelings. We just see them as bodies to be used and then discarded.
It's time to change the way we think about dating. Women are not just a body any more than men are not just a wallet. We deserve to be treated with respect and dignity, and it's up to us to demand that from the people we date.
So what can we do about it? Well, the first step is recognizing that this is happening, and the second step is talking about it. We need to have these difficult conversations if we ever hope to make a change.

Men Are Seen as Nothing More Than Wallets

Here's the harsh reality: men are seen as nothing more than wallets when it comes to dating. Women today are not ashamed to admit that they're looking for a man with money, and men are just as guilty of expecting sex in return for their financial support.
It's a sad state of affairs, but we have to face the facts. In today's society, it's all about what you can offer someone else. And if you're not blessed with wealth, you're at a disadvantage from the get-go.
It's time for a change. We need to start valuing people for who they are, not what they can provide. So let's all vow to make a difference and be the change we want to see in the world.

Sex Is Expected in Return for Money

When you start dating someone, it's essential to be clear about what you're looking for. Are you just looking for a casual hookup, or are you interested in something more serious?
Too often, people enter into relationships without being honest about their intentions. And what ends up happening is that one person ends up getting hurt.
It's not right, but it's the reality of the situation. Women are treated like commodities, and sex is expected in return for money.

The Line Between Dating and Prostitution Is Blurrier Than Ever

You're selling your time, attention, and, most importantly, your body. You go on dates with men who expect you to wine and dine them, and then they expect sex afterward.
There's a thing called "sugar dating," where people go on dates with someone they're not interested in romantically, but they're still willing to pay for their time.
It might sound crazy, but it's becoming more common. It's not just men who are guilty of this; women are just as bad.
So why do we put up with this? Why do we continue to date people who view us as nothing more than a piece of meat or wallet? It's time to stand up for ourselves and demand more respect. It's time to date people who see us as human beings, not commodities.

Ladies — Focus on Building Yourself.

You're probably thinking, "where do I start?" Well, let's begin with the basics.
Are you spending time with people who are important to you? Are you working on improving any skills or abilities? Do you want to be the greatest version of yourself possible?  Do you know who you are, really?
Every woman should be satisfied with herself and her life, whether she has a partner or not. These are the sorts of questions that young women should consider instead of concentrating all their attention on their appearance.
If you're only attractive because of your appearance, there will be other attractive (and smart) women out there.
Guys are looking for more than just a pretty face. They want someone who can challenge them and make them think. They want someone interesting and engaging. And most importantly, they want someone who is their equal (of course, if the man is worth something).

The Future of Dating

So what does the future of dating look like? I think it's going to be about finding someone who you connect with on a personal level. Someone who you can really trust and share your life with. Dating is about finding someone special, and that's something that won't change no matter how the world changes.
