Of course, there is no need to wear high heels or spend an hour fixing your hair and makeup because then you would just look like you’re trying too hard, but at least make an effort to be dressed up!

5) Not Being a Good Listener: Another common mistake that women make on dates is not being a good listener. Remember, you want to show him that you are interested so don’t have the conversation revolve around you all night. Ask questions and be engaged with what he has to say because men love it when they feel like their girl cares about what they have to say.
